Welcome to FamiFour Organic Foods. This website, famifourorganicfoods.com, is owned and operated by Shaurya Agro & Co., Near Fire Station, Bairiya, Daltonganj, Palamu, Jharkhand 822102 ("FamiFour", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to give accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number and delivery address.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that give false information, misuse offers or violate these terms.

We sell natural, farm-sourced food products. We try to describe and photograph every product as accurately as possible. However:

• Natural variation: colour, size, aroma and texture of spices, dry fruits and makhana can vary slightly from batch to batch and season to season.
• Images are for illustration. Packaging and appearance may differ slightly from the photos.
• Ghee naturally changes texture with temperature. It may be liquid, semi-solid or grainy, and this is not a defect.
• Weights mentioned are net weights at the time of packing.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Prices, offers and discounts may change at any time without notice. The price at the time you place the order applies.
• If a product is listed at a wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
• Offers and coupons cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn if misused.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. You will receive an order confirmation, but an order is accepted only when it is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund if you have paid, in cases such as:

• The product is out of stock or unavailable.
• There is a pricing or product information error.
• Your delivery PIN code is not serviceable.
• We cannot verify the order, or we suspect fraud or misuse.
• Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders from the same customer or address.

• We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through secure payment gateways, and Cash on Delivery on eligible PIN codes.
• We do not store your card or banking details. Payments are processed by the gateway in a secure environment.
• For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed automatically by the bank or gateway within 5 to 7 working days. Contact us with the transaction details if it is not.

Delivery timelines, charges and tracking are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Order cancellation, damaged-item claims and refunds are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

All content on this website, including the FamiFour name and logo, product photos, text, graphics and design, belongs to Shaurya Agro & Co. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt or overload the website or its security.
• Post false, abusive or misleading reviews or content.
• Place orders for resale using our offers without written approval. For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural calamities, strikes, courier disruptions or government restrictions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably by contacting us. If not resolved, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Palamu (Daltonganj), Jharkhand.
